Deer hunting began years ago as a way for men to provide for their families. Over the years, a man’s stature began to be measured by how well he could hunt and provide food. In many Indian tribes, the elders were the best hunters or the group. As America was developed, this became a trait of the white civilization as well. Through the years, trophy deer hunting has moved past racial lines and the need to provide food for one’s family. However, if you spend one day in a hunting club, you will find stature is still measured by the biggest trophy or kill.
There is an understanding between hunters that the bigger the kill the better the hunter. While this is not always the case, it can sometimes be true that bigger is better. Trophy deer are measured by the number of points on their racks. Points are the knobs or ends or an antler rack. As a deer grows, its rack will also grow bigger to include more points and with age comes understanding. The more seasons a trophy deer has survived, the more likely they are to survive another. Just like any other animal, a deer will learn to adapt its routine to avoid hunters. Deer will learn what gun shots sound like and avoid any areas they hear them coming from.
These patterns of learning often lead to the local stories of the one big trophy buck that always gets away. While some towns may very well have one predominate buck that has been around a few years, there are stories of bucks living through generations. Some families will have a story of the one that escaped the dad, the son, and maybe even the grandfather. This is not a possible occurrence though, most deer live to be less than 15 years old and deer in a denser population will survive less than that.
When checking in a trophy dear, you will realize the excitement that goes along with it. Pictures will be taken with the dead animal. Strangers may even request a quick photo op. If your trophy deer is the biggest or first of the season, you are likely to find your picture in the paper in most small towns. In many small town papers, the deer hunting announcements can take up a whole page. Along with these pictures, go the bragging rights for the next year. That is until the next season.
To many hunters, bagging that famous buck is not always the goal. Many still hunt simply for the love of the sport. They simply enjoy the thrill of man verses beast. It is more about the hunt and the excitement than the actual kill. These hunters would rather spend a week in the infamous deer woods awaiting the kill, than get their kill on the first day and go back home. However, if you ask even these dedicated hunters, they would tell you getting the big trophy deer sure wouldn’t be a disappointment.

The ball of fire blazing in the distance, which was to become our earth, was visible at all times for hundreds of thousands of years until gradually it began to cool. Many more eons went by before the flights to planet earth began from the Andromeda galaxy.
The first day mentioned in the Bible referred to the first ships from the other galaxies. The Andromedans made the first two trips. The first trip was the discovery of the amoeba; on the second trip they discovered that it had progressed into the upright animal form. These would be the first two days Biblically speaking.
The travelers from the Andromeda galaxy watched the cooling down process. Their space ships traveled to it before it even cooled enough for landing. It had cooled to a solid but the gases were still curling up off of it and lava would bubble up everywhere.
They stayed with it until the discovery of the amoeba. This ended the participation of the Andromedans, who came from all the inhabited planets in that galaxy, taking turns sending expeditions.
Having discovered the beautiful shaping up of this amoeba, the Andromedans turned the watch over to the Pleiades galaxy, which was responsible for the third and fourth days Biblically speaking. By the time of the fourth trip the animals had truly progressed past the ape stage into a different form. The Pleiadians carried it to the stage where the animals started walking upright, when it was possible to mate the animals with evolved life from other planets.
When this was discovered the Pleiadians then turned it over to Sirion and others in the same galaxy, the Milky Way as we know it. The different galaxies watching earth’s progress had superior knowledge in their particular stage of the watch and, for instance, when the Andromedans turned it over to the Pleiadians, they (the Andromedans) took on the watch of the next planet, which is almost in the amoeba stage now.
As given the Pleiadians, in turn, gave the watch over to other planets in the Milky Way galaxy, of which Sirion and Venus were the main two. They were responsible for the fifth and sixth trips (days).
At the time of the fifth trip the true form had altered from that of the animal. They had been watching for this alteration to appear before they began their experiments. The animals still had their tails at the beginning of their experiments, which they quickly lost. The original experimenters were from Venus. The animals were left to bear their offspring for two generations. This would be the fifth day.
On the sixth day (trip) they were again inseminated with their genes, artificially. It took four generations for them to lose their tail to the point where it was a stub of six inches, and it took three more generations for this stub to disappear.
The formation of the Biological Kingdom was an involved process. As the one cell amoeba split, the ones that did not split were growing and forming into all different kinds of animals. The ones that did not split had the double stomach intestinal tract, totally different from the ones who did split.
Keep in mind that the ones that did split were forming into a very different kind of animal, one that started standing up on its hind legs; one that had a different internal make-up, the cave man stage. Then came the split into the bisexual animal and finally the split into those animals that were able to pull energy from the atmosphere.
When the evolving animals were found to be standing upright, they were huge in size, what would be termed a giant in today’s world. At the same time that they were inseminated with genes, they were also miniaturized to bring them down to the approximate size of the spacemen. The process took several generations. The other animals were also large, but were not miniaturized at that time. Therefore they continued to grow, but the ones who were of the ape family, that had been inseminated, continued to get smaller.
All these other animals continued developing, along with the group of animals that had been miniaturized. This group was now standing up on their hind legs. They were beginning to group together, taking cover from the huge animals. These were the results of the split of the amoeba.
They were more refined; they actually were to the point of where they could think. They had this awareness, this instinct of self-preservation honed to a sharper degree than the big animals of the animal kingdom. The more they began to separate themselves off into their groups, the greater the difference between them and the animals became. They gathered together to find food and for protection and they began to form a group consciousness of taking care of each other. They also began banding together against the antagonism of the big animals.
They were thinking on a certain level, to the point where they could plan ahead, perhaps to put food away for the hard winter weather. They had a realization of the cycles of nature. They seemed to understand what caused babies to be born. They had a rudimentary mind working on an instinct level of procreation, self-preservation and instinct survival.
Earth was then left alone for a lengthy period of time, until the first animals started standing upright. At this time the insemination experiments were begun that would carry the evolution on the planet ever forward. (These experiments are the “days” referred to in the Bible.)
The story of creation covers many generations of experiments. Passages in Genesis were still dealing with the experiments of the space people in getting a line of more highly evolved humans started; not only started, but controlled as far as having anything further to do with those coming from a more pure animal background.

Agel Enterprise – A Closer Look at What Began As a Bright Idea
Agel Enterprises began as a bright idea. Today, the company has operations in several countries around the world, including the U.S., Europe, Australia and many parts of Asia. That’s not such a bad start for a new company, considering that it began operations only in 2005. It did, however, make history by simultaneously launching itself in not one but 10 countries. The question is, does the hype deliver? Here, we take a closer look at the Agel Business Opportunity.
The company
Agel was founded by Glen Jensen, who first thought up of products based on gel. His inspiration was derived from the commonly used gel-based products that athletes used as sources of special nutrition. What came later was the Suspension Gel Technology, which is now at the heart of Agel’s brand and products.
The products
Agel products are nutritionals which are delivered in convenient and easy to use gel form. These are vitamin and mineral supplements that may be taken as tasty flavored gels, as opposed to supplements that come in the form of capsules or tablets.
The advantage of the gel form is that nutrients are easier to digest and process, allowing the body to make use of them within a short period of time after intake. The Gel Technology behind the products allow for proper ingestion of the nutrients since delivery is direct and in easily absorbable form.
Agel’s gel-based technology offers nine various products. Some of its most popular include Agel MIN, Agel EXO and Agel FIT, which is an appetite suppressant designed to aid weight loss. Agel products also make use of natural ingredients, except for the Agel OHM, which utilizes synthetic taurine.
Agel also has its own skin care product line, called Ageless.
The business
Agel’s business is anchored on its premium quality supplements. Pricing of the products is comparable to those found in specialty health food stores. As such, Agel customers tend to be those that belong to the mid- and high-end segments of the market.
Distributors earn from commissions on the sales of the products. That’s about 25% commission based on the retail price. The compensation plan is also promising, with excellent benefits and rewards systems for specific performance levels. And it’s not just about the cash, either.
Agel offers high performance distributors plenty of stuff to look forward to, such as allowances, matching bonuses, commissions based on team volume and even travel. For top-level distributors, there is also a chance to receive a fund for a luxury car.
Recruitment of new members is also rewarded. Agel pays for every distributor that brings in a recruit that joins at the Personal level and 0 for each new recruit who joins at the Executive level.
Should you join?
Agel is probably the only network marketing business that sells nutritionals based on a gel suspension delivery system. Compared to other companies in the same field (nutritionals and supplements), Agel is still a newcomer, having been launched only in late 2004. That can be its main selling point but also its disadvantage. However, that all really depends on how its distributors view the business opportunity.
Health and nutrition continue to be lucrative industries, particularly in relation to network marketing. Being the only company in the gel-based nutritionals segment, Agel has the potential to offer a very innovative product that has a potentially huge market. Join Agel if you have a market to target for its nutritionals and if you’re willing to build a network of contacts to support your team.

The Marketing concept became predominant around the 1970′s. Till then there were basically other philosophies such as the production concept, product concept and the sales concept that were in practise throughout the historic time frames. However, as the time passed by each of the philosophies that were predominant during each time frame gradually under went changes, because of the changes that took place in the consumer market. As a result, the marketing concept emerged and was the focus of all the manufacturing organisations. eventhough some firms may still practise other philosophies. having said that, in order to understand the marketing concept better, it is vital to have a look at each of the other philosophies that existed.
Production Concept
The production concept is considered to be one of the earliest concepts that prevailed from the time of the industrial revolution upto the late 1920′s. The main focus of this concept was to encourage the firms to produce products, that they were capable of producing, rather than trying to concentrate on goods that gave customer satisfaction.
The manufacturing firms basically assumed that the people were willing to buy the products that the firms could produce. On this assumption, the firms began to come up with basic goods that were necessary for the day to day living. The firms harly took any interest in concentrating on the choices and tastes of the consumers. They started producing goods on a large scale, which eventually dropped the cost of production. As a result, the goods produced were relatively cheap. The consumers had no other choice but to buy the products that were on the market. Hence these goods were necessary for the day to day living and was even cheaper, the products sold quite well in the beginning. As a result, the mass production consept became widely spread during that time.
However, as time passed by the competition began to increase. More and more competitors that produced the same or similar products came into the market. The supply of goods gradually increased. In other words, to say the supply exceeded the demand of the consumers. Now that the consumers had a lot to choice from the many suppliers, the goods that were produced by the firms began to pile up on the shelves, and it was obviuosly time for the firms to find new strategies to move all their products off the shelves. In other means, the production concept was no longer working and the firms had to come up with another way to sell their products.
Product Concept
In order to create demand for the goods that were already piling up on the shelves, the firms began to focus on what was known as the product concept. Likewise the production concept this concept too ignored the consumer preferences. Instead, it focussed mainly on the product itself, thus concentrating on improving the quality of the products and adding different features to it, in order to make it look attractive and superior to the other competitor products. What they really wanted to do was to differentiate their products form the rest of the competitors , rather than concentrating on the large scale low cost prodcution By improving the products, the firm believed that the consumers will be attracted to their products, which will eventually get the products off the shelves.
As predicted, the products that were piled up on the shelves and warehouses began to move slightly as the demand for the goods increased. But it was not for long before, when the other competitors too crept in with better quality products. This once again, paved the way to reduce the demand. As the demand fell, the firms basically had to look for other ways in which to increase their sales if they were to keep up with the competitors. What they basically did was come up with a new concept that concentrated on the sales aspect of production, and was the beginning of the sales concept.
Sales concept
The sales concept mainly focused on selling the pordcuts manufactured by the firms in order to increase the sales volume. In other words, the main aim of firms practising this concept was to some how try and sell their products to the consumers better than their competitors. They hardly took into consideration what the consumers thought was important, but instead what they really wanted to do was to sell the products that have already been produced, by way of convincing the consumers to buy it. In order to convince the consumers to buy what they have produced, they used techniques such as advertising and personal selling etc. The main intention was to make the consumers aware of their products and make it available to them with the hope that they will buy. At first, this really worked because the consumers bought products that they were well aware of.
But later, as the income of the people began to increase and the amount of different products that were introduced to the market went up, the consumers were no longer willing to buy what the firms produced. In stead, they basically looked for goods and services that were up to their expectations. The hard selling concept was no longer effective. The firms basically had to look for better strategies in order to keep up with the ever increasing competition, if they were to survive . As a result, they began to focus their attention to another direction which was know as the marketing concept.
Marketing Concept
Unlike the other philosophies that existed at different time frames, market concept was a philosophy that mainly focussed on the needs and wants of the consumers. This concept belived that if the organizations are to increase their sales and obtain profitable sales, then they basically have to concentrate on the tastes of the consumers. In other means, the firms should find out what the consumers need, in order to produce goods that will keep up to their expectations. It is rather vital to first understand what exactely do the concumers want, and then produce those goods and services.
To say, the focal point of the marketing concept is to identify and satisfy the needs of the customers. As a result, in order to produce exactely what the consumers demand for, it is important to look into areas such as what the consumers want, how to improve the products while meeteing their needs and also how to keep the customers satisfied throughout. To do so, market concept basically relies on market research. What actually means by this is that, as marketing concept is a customer focus concept , it is market research that helps to find out exactely the consumers wants thus helping to develop the marketing plan, and also deciding on the marketing mix in order to achieve profitable returns while meeting customer satisfaction.
To conclude, it should be said that marketing concept came into practise as a result of the need to satisfy customer needs. The philosophies that existed were no longer helpful in facing the competition and producing products that the consumers demanded for. In this ever changing competitive environment, the customers were considered the most important. If the firms were to survive, then they obviously have to satisfy the needs of the customers. The tastes of the consumers kept changing with the development of new technologies and communication facilities, and the firms have to walk hand in hand with the ever changing demands of the consumers. However, if the firms fail to keep up with the ever changing needs of the consumers, then obviously there is arisk of facing the competition.
